Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the kitchen team, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food production.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and locally-inspired menus that showcase the best of our region's produce.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and monitoring of stock, ensuring tight COGS and budget parameters are maintained.
  • Team Management: Foster a culture of passion and excellence within the kitchen team, providing training and motivation to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to high standards of food hygiene and occupational health and safety practices.
