Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Quality Officer, supporting our mission to drive excellence in genomics-based research and molecular diagnostic services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained, overseeing key assets and systems, and promoting compliance with relevant regulations.

This is a critical role within our organization, requiring a high level of expertise and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ISO/IEC Standards, particularly ISO/IEC 17025, and experience in laboratory equipment servicing and auditing.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who can work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex information clearly, and provide exceptional support to our stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ISO/IEC Standards, specifically ISO/IEC 17025
  • Experience in laboratory equipment servicing and participating in audits
  • Tertiary level qualification in Science (Biological Sciences) or other relevant field
