About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Catering Attendant to join our team in a Casual role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of air services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present meals, ensuring presentation specifications are met using visual guides.
  • Stock airline carts with dry store items including equipment, packaged snacks, and beverages.
  • Loading and unloading wash lines, ensuring that all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are in perfect condition.
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and cleaning schedules.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure delivery timelines are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Sound numerical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, as well as move and lift items.
  • Flexibility to work shift work across a 7-day roster.
  • Neat and tidy presentation.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene (desired but not essential).
  • Basic knife skills (desired but not essential).
  • Availability to work 38 hours/week.
