Accounts Management Specialist

Work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing the billing and costing process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly invoices
  • Perform AR and AP related duties
  • Generate month-end journals and reports
  • Produce profit and loss statements
  • Analyze data and create presentations
  • Provide support to senior management
  • Have knowledge of payroll and HR processes, although this is not essential

Requirements:

  • Related accounting qualification
  • Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience
  • Proficient in computer software, especially Excel
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and attention to detail
  • Police check required
