Account Management Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Account Management Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our account management process, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of campaigns across multiple pillars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project implementation, including timelines, budgets, research, briefing process and accuracy of final materials.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with managers and colleagues across departments and markets.
  • Collaborate on scheduling and leading brainstorming sessions within the team or with wider agency planning and strategy teams.
  • Support collaborative idea development and implementation from conception to completion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of relevant industry experience with a strong interest in entertainment/sports.
  • Strong communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience in a content division in an agency or broadcast environment is an advantage.
  • A growth mindset and ability to collaborate with peers and stakeholders.
