About the Role

As a Client Manager, you'll play a key role in managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team of talented bookkeepers. You'll be the strategic link between our clients and their financial clarity—ensuring accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique business needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of bookkeepers to ensure timely, high-quality work
  • Oversee financial reporting, including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and client outcomes

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Xero and Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, confident communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
