Job Overview

The Account Management Specialist role presents an exciting opportunity to work under supervision, contributing to sales efforts within allocated accounts.

Main goals include achieving assigned revenue targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction through collaboration with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing clients' needs by proposing multiple fit-for-need solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Understand key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned account(s) or sales territory.
  • Act as advisor on marketing strategies, industry issues, trends, and product capabilities.
  • Anticipate clients' needs and develop proposed solutions to complex business issues in collaboration with marketing, sales specialists, and client service.
  • Identify and lead pursuit of targeted new business opportunities within assigned account(s).
  • Interface with executive-level professionals at existing and prospective clients.
  • Represent the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales-related activities.
  • Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and work with management to achieve and maintain high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage renewals and subscriptions.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Familiarity with core products and customer account management is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated strength in collaboration, fostering teamwork across departments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and being process-driven.
  • Business development experience and exceptional presentation skills to showcase our solutions effectively.
  • Currently living in Australia with full-time, permanent working rights.
