Senior Business Solution Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Solution Developer to join our technology team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our business systems and processes.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement best strategies that align with our technology roadmap. You will leverage your expertise to resolve complex issues, improve productivity, and deliver high-quality results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimise business processes through cutting-edge technology to ensure peak efficiency and exceptional customer service.
  • Analyse stakeholder requirements and develop tailored solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Prioritise major projects with technical insights and contribute to their successful delivery.
  • Transform business visions into actionable solutions while providing day-to-day support for system-related issues.
  • Maintain and support the CRM (D365 CE) system at BAU capabilities for shared services applications.
About You
  • Proven experience in applying, developing, and sharing specialist technical expertise.
  • Strong working knowledge of Dynamics D365 CE (cloud CRM) is essential.
  • Proficient in Azure and its application in business solution development.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in production support at BAU capabilities is desirable.
  • Ability to deliver results, meet customer expectations, and uphold high standards to achieve project goals.
