Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled technical specialist to join our team in Brisbane, contributing to real projects in sustainability, product innovation, and technical excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a two-year graduate program with hands-on experience across real projects and operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the Graduate Program with extensive hands-on experience across various projects and operations.
  • Join the Product Performance & Innovation team at Brisbane facilities.
  • Contribute to research, testing, and quality initiatives supporting nationwide operations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the bulk product range and its performance in concrete applications.
  • Assist with routine and non-routine testing of cement, concrete, and related materials.
  • Support product development and innovation aligned with the carbon reduction roadmap.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with engineers and scientists.
  • Work in both lab and field environments to support compliance and quality outcomes.
  • Gain exposure to customer and commercial interfaces to understand real-world product performance.
  • Contribute to technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in structured rotations across multiple sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people across disciplines.
  • A willingness to relocate for rotations.
