Lead Technical Innovator

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Test Lead to drive the design and implementation of technical solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role will involve working closely with test engineers, software developers, and analysts to build CI pipelines, enhance our software delivery processes, and increase automation.

  • Proven experience in leading technical improvement initiatives to boost automation, efficiency, and quality.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic improvement roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated expertise in continuous delivery environments with high levels of process automation.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with API automation, service virtualization, Selenium Webdriver, Appium, and Jenkins or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools and concepts.
