About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our O'Brien Home & Business Division by identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with commercial customers to generate quotes and convert them into successful projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, and the Glazing Solutions Team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of B2B customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Work closely with clients to gather detailed job requirements, ensuring accurate quotes and successful project delivery.
  • Foster open communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to achieving or surpassing set sales targets, supporting the growth and success of our business.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in the glass or glazing industry, preferably with experience in estimation and sales.
  • Knowledge of V6, Logikal, or equivalent system software.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling you to establish and maintain strong connections with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational, customer service, and communication skills.
  • The ability to support the successful growth of B2B quotes and drive revenue expansion.
