Senior Operations Leader

The Senior Operations Leader will oversee the effective functioning of The Orange Door network across the West division, ensuring consistency in operations and enhancing service responses for victim survivors of family violence, vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
This key leadership role involves:
- Ensuring seamless coordination of services to achieve improved outcomes for client groups;
- Representing the organisation's interests in high-level discussions with government departments, other jurisdictions, and service providers;
- Providing authoritative advice and briefings to ministers, senior management, and external stakeholders on government policy directions;
To succeed in this position, you will require exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. A strong background in service delivery, combined with experience in governance and stakeholder engagement, is highly desirable.
