Partnerships Specialist

We are expanding our team to support an innovative employment program across New South Wales and Queensland.

This role involves:

  • Buiding relationships with employers and referral partners
  • Supporting customers through service access and employment opportunities
  • Developing strategic partnerships to promote customer success
  • Analyzing labour market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities

Key responsibilities include expanding community and employer networks, brokering work experience, developing strategic partnerships, promoting the organization as a trusted provider, analyzing labour market trends, and supporting the local leadership team.

We're looking for someone who is a natural connector, relationship-builder and mentor, with a passion for helping people reach their potential. You'll thrive in community-facing roles and bring a mix of empathy, energy, and professionalism to your work.

Essential criteria include experience in employment services, recruitment or community engagement, strong local networks and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and adaptability, solid admin skills and familiarity with CRM/ESS systems, passion for inclusion and empowering others through employment, and a current Driver's License.
