**Overview**:
Bible League International is a non-profit organization that offers outreach programmes, literacy training, corporate sponsorship, and low-cost and quality biblical resources for various ministries on a global scale in our efforts to support spiritual transformation across the globe.

We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join the team This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in NSW.

**Main tasks**:

- Leading, planning and delivering all Bible League’s external events including training courses.
- Coordinating and providing all aspects of the event to ensure it meets the Organisation’s needs with particular attention to financial and time constraints.
- Liaising with Marketing to implement an effective strategy to promote the events.
- Liaising with vendors, churches, and stakeholders through all stages from event planning to execution to ensure everything is in order.
- Researching and booking vendors/suppliers in line with the event’s budget and requirements.
- Attending all events to oversee the successful delivery. Evaluating the event’s success and submitting reports to the CEO.

**Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience**:

- Relevant qualification in marketing, events management, public relations or communications.
- Experience specifically related to our industry highly regarded.

**Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge**:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Active listening and engaging presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to identify problems, sort through the issues and implement solutions.

Annual salary will be between $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
