About Our Role

We are seeking an individual to fill a Client Information Officer position, who will play a vital role in assisting people with their legal needs. As part of our team, you will provide essential support by helping individuals identify their legal problems and explain their rights and responsibilities.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. You will be working closely with clients to assess their needs and provide guidance on how to apply for legal aid. Additionally, you will be involved in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge of the law and legal system.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, identifying client requirements and addressing them effectively over the phone.
  • Provide detailed information about legal processes, including Legal Aid guidelines and referral agencies.
  • Participate in skill development activities, such as call monitoring, on-the-job training, and group training sessions.
  • Contribute to improving our information databases by providing feedback on their appropriateness and usability.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call centre environment. You should have strong communication skills, be able to learn new systems and software quickly, and be willing to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Additional Requirements:
