Job Opportunity: Executive Services Officer

This exciting opportunity exists for an AO4 Executive Services Officer in the Department Liaison Office, working closely with the Director-General and Strategy and Reform team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage telephone communication from members of the public to the Office of the Minister, ensuring accurate recording, tracking and monitoring of enquiries.
  • Respond clearly and accurately to enquiries from a broad range of stakeholders, providing effective resolution and timely action.
  • Provide project and administrative support to the DLO team, including research, analysis, and data presentation.
  • Maintain secure information management systems, updating office manuals and contact lists as required.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
