Client Service Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to financial advisers, managing client administration and service delivery.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for client meetings, including statements of advice (SOAs), review packs, and follow-up tasks.
  • Manage implementation of advice and ongoing client requests with accuracy and urgency.
  • Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain client records in accordance with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a client services or adviser support role within financial planning or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of financial advice processes, compliance obligations, and client engagement best practices.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Professional, articulate communicator with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficient with financial planning software (e.g. Xplan), MS Office Suite, and CRM systems.
