Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned claims professional to fill the role of Senior Claims Service Expert. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with extensive experience in complex customer service environments to leverage their skills and expertise.
About the RoleThis senior-level position involves reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within policy scope, liaising with stakeholders to discuss dispute resolutions, preparing documentation as required, and maintaining knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Review and Assessment: Conduct thorough reviews of claims to ensure accurate assessment and resolution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to discuss dispute resolutions and negotiate settlements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports as required to support claim decisions.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, and regulations to ensure compliance and effective claim resolution.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in complex customer service environments, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
- Business Acumen: Possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation, with the ability to optimize business value through effective claim resolution.
- Technical Skills: High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
