**About the Role**

An exciting and rewarding opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in customer service & administration. As Claims Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day customer service and administration of property insurance claims in a fast paced environment.

You will be dealing with clients, internal staff members and customers, with the aim of creating a seamless claims process

We strive to get our customers, and our partners' customers into their pre-claim position as quickly as possible. We know that suffering a loss can be an overwhelming experience, and we pride ourselves on our ability to put the customer at ease whilst ensuring we get the necessary information to proceed with the claim.

**Key Activities**
- Answer large volumes of incoming calls
- Process new claims, arranging estimators and submitting quotes
- Maintain a high level of communication with all stakeholders
- Liaise with insurance companies and loss adjusters
- Update notes to internal and client systems
- Prepare client documentation when required
- Issue purchase orders to specialist trades
- Approve incoming invoices from respective trades
- Scope / contract amendments for presentation purposes
