About the Role

The Learning Enhancement Teacher is a key member of our academic team, responsible for delivering high-quality teaching programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students. This role requires close collaboration with our faculty leaders, curriculum directors, and wellbeing team to ensure a holistic approach to education.

As a Learning Enhancement Teacher, you will be expected to provide exceptional support to students, develop and implement inclusive curriculum, and contribute to the overall academic success of our school. You will also be involved in curriculum development, staff professional development, and contributing to the school's wellbeing program.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator who is committed to providing a stimulating, challenging, and creative learning environment for our students. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching programs that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Develop and implement inclusive curriculum that promotes academic excellence and student wellbeing
  • Provide exceptional support to students, including those requiring additional support, enrichment, and/or extension
  • Contribute to the school's wellbeing program and staff professional development
  • Collaborate with faculty leaders, curriculum directors, and wellbeing team to ensure a holistic approach to education
Requirements
  • Appropriate postgraduate qualifications in Special and/or Inclusive Education
  • Current VIT registration
  • Current curriculum knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet the diverse needs of all students
  • Demonstrated understanding of the need to address the academic, social, and emotional needs of students
  • Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
