About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration Support Officer to join our team at Ozcare.

As the first point of contact for our service, you'll be responsible for managing our reception and providing professional and efficient support to our team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and staff
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Preparing detailed documents and reports
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Providing advice and information on Ozcare's products and services
About You

We're looking for a person who has excellent time management skills, a professional phone manner, and the willingness to go the extra mile.

You'll have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current Police Screening Certificate
  • A current Queensland drivers' licence
  • Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
