Main Responsibilities:- Guiding private appointments with poise, empathy, and an ability to read between the lines.

- Owning sales targets, aiming for excellence in every aspect.
- Supporting colleagues with generosity and collaboration, celebrating successes together.
- Maintaining seamless operations behind the scenes: systems, follow-ups, presentation.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or a client-facing role where presence mattered as much as performance.
- The ability to thrive under pressure, balancing big-picture thinking with calm and logical resolution of minor issues.
- Possessing excellent communication skills to inspire trust in every interaction.
- Leading by example, celebrating others, and upholding a client-first mindset.
- Presenting professionally, as appearance is integral to the client experience.
Compensation includes a base salary range of $60,000–$65,000, plus superannuation and uncapped commission that reflects actual earnings.
