About the Role

  • EPMO Front Door: Provide expert advice and support as a trusted advisor, facilitating diverse needs and requests across the enterprise.
  • Trusted Advisor: Support project passage through key decision points, ensuring efficient completion of staff actions and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Promote awareness and capability of our P3 community in EPMO processes, systems, and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of our EPMO toolkit and capture lessons learned to drive ongoing improvements.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in implementing new practices.
  • Experience working in an EPMO / PMO and/or performance improvement team.
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of EPMO frameworks and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with productivity or project management software.
