Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Technical Services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to proposal development and statements of work
  • Deliver high-quality consulting services for our solutions
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Assist with solution design and assessment
  • Evaluate implementation effort for our solutions
  • Resolve post-implementation issues
  • Create technical documentation and best practices
  • Transfer knowledge on-site to clients
  • Support sales efforts
  • Document configuration and activities
  • Analyze environments and provide optimal configurations
  • Facilitate client-Veeam support communication
  • Identify additional needs within client environments
  • Provide input for process improvement and documentation
  • Travel as needed

Requirements:
  • VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, or equivalent experience
  • Prince 2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in technology required
  • Hands-on experience with our core products
  • Proven consulting and project management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and architect appropriate solutions
  • Focus on developing deep technical knowledge of our solutions
  • Significant experience with virtualisation technologies
  • Experience with storage systems and networking protocols
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise applications
  • Experience with data management, protection, and analytics
  • Extensive experience with data centers, business continuity, and operating systems
  • A proven track record of success
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies
