Food and Beverage Operations Manager
About the RoleThe role of Food and Beverage Operations Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and events at a leading hospitality establishment.
As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered across all outlets.
You will work closely with the F&B Manager to achieve service excellence and mentor a team of dedicated staff members to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across multiple outlets.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Assist in rostering, stock control, and cash handling processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the F&B Manager with service delivery for functions and special events.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role within F&B, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and driving business growth.
- Organised, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
