The Operations Manager role at a housekeeping department plays a pivotal part in supporting the State Manager with daily operations.
About the RoleThis position ensures that all areas of the property meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The key responsibilities include:
- Visiting multiple properties or locations as needed to assist in managing the housekeeping team and ensuring effective cleaning coverage.
- Coordinating daily work schedules and allocating rooms to ensure tasks are delegated efficiently.
- Mentoring and motivating housekeeping staff to adhere to company standards and service expectations.
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to maintain quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
