We are seeking a seasoned contract professional to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of our projects. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Description
  • Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
  • Administer Procore correspondence, including document control, RFIs, submittals, and transmittals.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and let subcontract packages, as well as procure scheduling.
  • Review, administer, and assess subcontractor and head contract progress claims and invoicing.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, they should be proficient in Contracts/Accounts Management software, such as Procore, and have experience working with principal contractors.
