Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned FinTech & Payments lawyer to provide strategic legal advice on regulated and non-regulated activities. As a key member of our team, you will engage cross-functionally in a matrix structure with stakeholders in technology, product, risk, compliance, and finance.

You will lead complex projects with cross-functional teams to define the future of our booking and payments experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic legal advice on FinTech and payments matters impacting us globally.
  • Engage cross-functionally in a matrix structure with stakeholders in technology, product, risk, compliance, and finance.
  • Lead complex projects with cross-functional teams to define the future of our booking and payments experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Experience: 12 years of experience in FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services law, ideally with top-tier law firm experience or experience in a major tech company.

Qualifications: Law degree from a top law school with excellent academic credentials.

Skills: Native or fluent English speaking and writing skills, excellent writing, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, strong understanding of the global payment regulatory environment with APAC focus.
