Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Commercial Officer to lead our revenue growth strategies across multiple business lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, financial services, or digital assets with experience driving revenue growth of $50M+ annually.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple business lines.
  • Manage Investment Budgets: Allocate resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Report Performance: Provide regular performance reports to executive leadership and the board of directors.
Strategic Growth Leadership
  • Develop Growth Strategies: Create and implement growth strategies for CloudTechX, CobWeb Pay, and CloudTech Custody platforms.
  • IDentify New Opportunities: Discover new revenue opportunities globally and drive market expansion.
  • Customer Segmentation: Design customer segmentation and acquisition strategies for institutional and retail segments.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Competitive Analysis: Oversee competitive analysis and market research initiatives.
Business Development & Partnerships
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead mergers and acquisitions opportunities to support growth objectives.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company in industry and regulatory forums.
Operational Excellence
  • Cross-Platform Alignment: Ensure cross-platform operational alignment and efficiency.
  • Growth KPIs: Establish and monitor growth key performance indicators across all business units.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in fintech, financial services, or digital assets with experience driving revenue growth of $50M+ annually. Required skills include:
