Senior Financial Lawyer Opportunity

This role involves leading the legal team in managing all financial and technological aspects of our global operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fintech and payments law, as well as a strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks.

The position is based in Bangkok, with relocation support provided for successful candidates. We welcome applications from local and international candidates who can contribute to our innovative work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage legal matters related to fintech and payments impacting the company globally.
  • Advise on the design, structure, implementation, operation, and lifecycle management of financial products and services.
  • Lead on legal negotiations and contractual arrangements related to fintech, payments, and finance team activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in fintech and payments law, preferably with top-tier law firm experience.
  • Law degree from a reputable institution and excellent academic credentials.
  • Native or fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A strong understanding of global payment regulatory environments and principles, with significant experience advising on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional regulatory issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks appropriately, while navigating change and ambiguity.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, comfortable working under pressure.
