The Director will oversee the Psychological Health Division in Health and Safety, leading and overseeing teams to ensure alignment with strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead response to psychological health regulation and ensure expectations on compliance and enforcement are clear.
- Drive a service delivery culture that is committed to providing prevention-led, data-driven, and client-focused services.
- Represent WorkSafe by providing strategic advice to promote continued high-level support for psychological health objectives.
