About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OSHC coordinator to lead our team and provide quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for children in Australia.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create engaging programs using industry leading programming tools, be the face of TheirCare, and build positive relationships within the school community. You will also mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.

You will be responsible for rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager, managing compliance documents, and performing other administrative tasks. The working hours will be 7.00am - 9.00am & 2.00pm - 6.00pm + weekly administration hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

Requirements
  • You must be an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships are essential.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
  • A completed or in-the-process-of-completing ACECQA recognised qualification is required.
  • An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state is necessary.
  • You must be willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
