About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OSH Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service at Palmer's Island Public School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to children before and after school hours.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Mentor and support a team of educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care
  • Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Rostering and management of daily operations, including compliance documents and administrative tasks
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. If you possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care, we want to hear from you.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the childcare or OSHC industry
  • A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., Teaching, Childcare, Community Services)
  • An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in your state
  • A willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check
