Job Title: Statewide Grooming Operations Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the grooming industry, strong people management skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple locations.

  • Lead and manage teams of salon managers and groomers across all locations in the state.
  • Ensure high-quality grooming services, animal welfare, and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.
  • Monitor and drive salon performance against key metrics (revenue, appointments, customer satisfaction, etc.).

This role requires a proven track record of managing multi-site teams in a grooming or related business, as well as previous grooming experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills, business acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for animals and commitment to animal welfare.
