You'll play a pivotal role in leading and supporting salon teams, ensuring exceptional grooming standards, customer service, and business performance are consistently delivered.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a deep understanding of the grooming industry, strong people management skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple locations.A Peek Into Your Petstock DayLead and manage salon managers and grooming teams across all locations in the stateEnsure grooming quality, animal welfare, and hygiene standards are consistently upheldMonitor and drive salon performance against key metrics (revenue, appointments, customer satisfaction, etc.)Recruit, onboard, and train new team members; support ongoing skill developmentProvide coaching, feedback, and performance management to individuals and teamsSupport salons with rostering, inventory management, and compliance requirementsIdentify opportunities for improvement and implement process or service enhancementsCollaborate with national leadership on strategy, promotions, and expansion plansResolve customer escalations and maintain a high level of service deliveryEnsure salons are compliant with all relevant health, safety, and animal care regulationsDo you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?
