Senior Business Analyst with Jira and Documentation Expertise

Milestone IT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Jira and documentation to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Utilize Jira to manage and track project activities.
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business process flows and detailed requirements specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Perform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Jira and documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of Jira for project management and issue tracking.
- Strong expertise in creating clear and comprehensive business documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
