In this role, you will be part of a program team that is driving business change through the development of high-quality business and technical requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a traceability framework to ensure project deliverables align with business outcomes.
- Eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements to support the Data and Analytics transformation program.
- Analyzing and documenting business process and data flows to provide context to business and technical requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure appropriate stakeholders are included in the development of business and technical requirements.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on business and technical design documents to ensure designs align with expected business outcomes.
Essential criteria include:
- Demonstrated expertise in leading business and technical requirement development and stakeholder validation in a large-scale business data and analytics transformation program.
- Experience implementing Cloud Data Platform and/or Analytics applications and accompanying data architecture.
- Demonstrated expertise in documenting data and process flows to analyze and provide context to business and technical requirements.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business data to meaningful and actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Desirable criteria include:
- Experience working with diverse project, in-house development, and vendor teams to deploy complex, integrated technologies and effect business change.
- Experience as a scrum master.
- Experience with SAS Viya 4 platform.
- Proficient data analysis skills.
