Job Title

This role offers the opportunity to develop strong connections with new team members, support managers, and ensure our people have the tools and knowledge to excel in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will deliver structured training on systems, sales, and customer service, working closely with Store and State Managers to identify training needs and improvements.

  • Deliver online and in-person training sessions on company systems, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Support new starters through their first days, ensuring a smooth and consistent onboarding process.
  • Travel between stores at short notice to provide face-to-face training and support.
  • Create and maintain training resources, including handbooks, guides, presentations, and online modules.
  • Work collaboratively with Store and State Managers to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail is essential for this role.
  • A background in training, onboarding, or learning & development is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on, flexible, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required for success in this position.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals will thrive in this dynamic role.
  • Ability to lift up to 20kgs when assisting in-store is a requirement of this position.
  • Occasional interstate travel and weekend work may be required.
