We are seeking a Training Development Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of training programs aimed at enhancing sales staff performance.

This role is crucial to our company's success, as it involves instilling our brand values and customer service excellence into every training session.

The ideal candidate will have a distinguished career in luxury retail training or equivalent high-end service industries, with exceptional presentation skills and a willingness to travel.

The role requires close collaboration with our central Retail Training team, and the ability to lead, develop and execute regional retail training strategies.

The Training Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing training plans that meet business objectives;
  • Ensuring effective deployment of training programs across all locations;
  • Leading training needs analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Coordinating regional calendars for in-store training activities;
  • Partnering with Merchandising and HR department to design well-rounded training plans for sales employees.

The ideal candidate will be a fluent connoisseur in fashion trends, haute couture heritage, and luxury consumer psychology, with multilingual capabilities highly regarded.
