Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers, ensuring efficient and effective on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, including diagnosing errors or technical issues and determining proper solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling tasks, PMs, and break-fix calls.
  • Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and replacements at customer sites.
  • Install and remove gaming equipment as required.
  • Investigate and resolve problems, including complex system faults, and perform repair work as needed.
Reporting Requirements
  • Capture all activities in accordance with our requirements.
  • Ensure all parts are recorded and returned within the established SLAs.
  • Deliver and report on requests from other departments.
Health & Safety Compliance
  • Understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Follow accident/incident/near miss processes and conduct investigations as required.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate strong technical competencies.
