Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers, ensuring efficient and effective on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Main Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to customers, including diagnosing errors or technical issues and determining proper solutions.
- Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling tasks, PMs, and break-fix calls.
- Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and replacements at customer sites.
- Install and remove gaming equipment as required.
- Investigate and resolve problems, including complex system faults, and perform repair work as needed.
- Capture all activities in accordance with our requirements.
- Ensure all parts are recorded and returned within the established SLAs.
- Deliver and report on requests from other departments.
- Understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Follow accident/incident/near miss processes and conduct investigations as required.
- Excellent problem-solving and fault diagnostic skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate strong technical competencies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competent computer skills.
- Strong Customer Focus.
- Able to obtain and hold relevant licenses.
