Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our service teams and manager to deliver top-notch customer service and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling tasks, PM, and break-fix calls.
- Perform equipment upgrades, modifications and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites.
- Install and remove all gaming equipment.
- Investigate and resolve complex system faults and perform repair work as required.
- Carry out routine Preventive Maintenance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent problem-solving and fault diagnostic skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and an ability to work unsupervised.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong level of technical competencies.
- Competent computer skills.
