We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cinema Worker to join our team. As a key member of our cinema operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a high-quality entertainment experience for our patrons.

Cinema Key Accountabilities:
  • General Cinema Duties:
    • Continuously monitor and consistently deliver customer service to a high standard.
    • Address and handle minor customer feedback, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
    • Actively contribute to and participate in all cinema campaigns.
    • Follow Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures including emergency procedures.
    • Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions as designated by EVT.
    • Assist fellow employees as needed, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment.
  • Retail Customer Service:
    • Proficiency in register operation and ticketing systems.
    • Product and service knowledge.
    • Cash preparation and responsibility for own till.
    • Conduct self-audits and ensure financial balance through attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bio-Box Training:
    • Identify projection room equipment including audio equipment, TMS, LMS, BMS, workstation, projectors, film formats.
    • Monitor and rectify issues with sound, focus/framing in auditoriums, supporting a high standard of content presentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
  • NPS results.
  • Achieve a sound level of competence in cash handling.
  • Food and beverage prepared and served to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Performs effective suggestive selling and upselling techniques.

The successful candidate will possess basic Maths and English skills, be competent in cash handling, and demonstrate excellent customer-focused behaviour.
