Frontline Cinema Worker Level 2 Role

The role of a Frontline Cinema Worker Level 2 is a pivotal position within our cinema entertainment complex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all patrons.

This role involves a range of tasks including:

  • Providing exemplary customer service and executing tasks associated with supporting the operation of a cinema entertainment complex.
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene through diligent cleaning practices.
  • Operating cash handling systems and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Preparing food and beverages for sale, ensuring a high standard of quality and product presentation.
  • Maintaining product stock levels and presentation, in accordance with planograms where applicable.
  • Supporting colleagues as needed, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to delivering high standards of customer service. You will also need to be proficient in basic Maths and English, and have knowledge of cash handling procedures.
