Our cinema team is seeking a skilled and motivated Frontline Cinema Worker Junior to join our dynamic workforce. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all duties as per standard operating procedures
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex
  • Ensure correct product presentation
  • Policy and procedures knowledge including all WHS practices
  • Prepare food and beverages for sale, following standards of quality and presentation
  • Stock replenishment, in accordance with merchandising planogram
  • Conduct ticket checks, including online check-in procedure, while providing assistance to customers
  • Demonstrate and maintain a good knowledge of products and services offered to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate communication skills, including two-way radios
  • Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required
  • Lost property maintenance
  • Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions (as applicable) as designated by EVT
  • Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures
  • May undertake cash handling training under supervision by a Cinema Worker Level 3 (or above)
  • RSA qualifications as required
