- Develop and implement intervention plans, setting clear goals and timelines, and addressing health, development, and family-related issues.
- Advocate on behalf of families with other services, agencies, and government departments, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
- Educational Background: Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in working with vulnerable families, with a proven track record of good attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with various organizations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion of case management tasks.
