Role Description

The Principal will be responsible for leading our school community in achieving academic excellence, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and promoting the spiritual growth of our students.

  • Evidence of strong faith leadership and a commitment to Catholic education.
  • Demonstrated ability in instructional leadership, including determining and implementing evidence-based learning and teaching programs.
  • Evidence of unwavering commitment to student safety and wellbeing, as well as staff wellbeing and professional development.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills to enable team growth and development, championing innovation and improvement to support continuous learning.
