About the Role:

  • Play a pivotal role in enhancing Stockland's risk culture and organisational resilience by supporting enterprise risk management and business continuity activities.
  • Execute annual risk profiling workshops, six-monthly risk assessments using Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems, and maintain frameworks and plans.
  • Build relationships with business contacts to support the identification, assessment, and control of risks.
  • Prepare risk reports, collect metrics, ratings, and commentary from risk owners across the business.
  • Support deep dive risk review activities and develop emergency management training scenarios for asset teams.
  • Provide administration support for the emergency communications system and annual crisis management scenario planning.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized
  • Strong communication skills for verbal and written interactions with senior managers and external stakeholders
  • Trustworthiness for handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with GRC Systems for effective use and maintenance
