**Job Overview**

As a key member of our logistics management team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in customer service through the coordination of transport and warehousing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain effective collaboration frameworks to drive operational efficiencies for both Asahi's and customers' supply chains.

- Create and execute strategic plans to consolidate and automate warehouse and transport functions, resulting in significant cost savings.

- Manage Profit Centres for Logistics functions, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

- Oversee the execution of relevant IBP activities, including national and state initiatives.

- Lead and develop Logistics team members, fostering a high-performing operations team culture.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- Proven experience managing large logistics networks in fast-paced environments, along with expertise in complex budget management.

- Degree qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, or a related field.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver significant cost savings and change programs in FMCG environments.

- Excellent leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.

- Strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
