About the Role

Ricoh is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a State Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improved customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Experience with sales technology and tools, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive sales growth.
