About the Position


As a Civil Infrastructure Project Lead, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of subdivision and roadworks projects. From initial planning to handover, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure projects meet specifications, stay within budget, and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring all targets and deadlines are met.
  • Manage resources, including staff, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports to keep senior management and clients updated on progress and any issues.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, with a focus on subdivisions and roadworks.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, construction processes, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
